NIACC Professional Administrative Services Program

NIACC's Office Technology Programs are dual-purpose programs designed to give the student the option of obtaining employment upon graduation or transferring to a four-year institution.

  • Administrative Office Associate Diploma
    The Administrative Office Associate Diploma is a popular choice because of its flexibility, options, and hands-on training. The one-year curriculum prepares graduates for immediate employment or the opportunity to continue their education toward the completion of a baccalaureate degree.
  • Administrative Office Specialist Degree
    The Administrative Office Specialist Degree is a popular choice because of its flexibility, options, and hands-on training. The two-year curriculum prepares graduates for immediate employment or the opportunity to continue their education toward the completion of a baccalaureate degree.
  • Legal Office Associate Diploma
    The Legal Office Associate Diploma program is a one-year curriculum designed to prepare students for employment with law offices, insurance companies, financial institutions, courts and police departments, as well as in legal departments of business firms and government offices.
  • Legal Office Specialist Degree
    The Legal Office Associate Diploma program is a two-year curriculum designed to prepare students for employment with law offices, insurance companies, financial institutions, courts and police departments, as well as in legal departments of business firms and government offices.
  • Medical Coding Diploma
    The Medical Coding Diploma will provide you with unlimited opportunities. This program is designed to prepare students to work specifically witht he medical reimbursement process.
  • Medical Office Associate Diploma
    The Medical Office Associate Diploma program is a one-year curriculum designed to prepare students for employment in physicians' offices, hospitals, clinics, public health departments, Civil Service, medical laboratories, pharmaceutical houses, insurance companies, business and industrial firms with large medical departments, and foundations devoted to medical research.
  • Medical Office Specialist Degree
    The Medical Office Associate Diploma program is a two-year curriculum designed to prepare students for employment in physicians' offices, hospitals, clinics, public health departments, Civil Service, medical laboratories, pharmaceutical houses, insurance companies, business and industrial firms with large medical departments, and foundations devoted to medical research.
  • Medical Transcription Diploma
    Medical transcriptionists provide an important service to both physicians and patients by transcribing (typing) dictated medical reports that document a patient's medical care and condition. They are medical specialists who interpret and transcribe dictation by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Software Applications Specialist Certificate
    The Software Applications Specialist Certificate is designed to expose students to Microsoft software.
