Prerequisite: None. However, HSC-121, (HEAL-110-W001, 15:251), Medical Terminology I is highly
desirable.
Course Description: A continuation of HSC-120. A brief review of basic
medical terminology followed by a systems approach to learning
terms associated with the anatomical, physiological, and pathological
aspects of the body. (45-0)
Equivalent to 15-252, HEAL-111.
Notes: C - The student must purchase an access code along with the textbook from the NIACC NIACC BookZone. It is possible for students to complete the class early. There are no prerequisites but Medical Terminology I or medical experience is highly suggested.
