    • The Iowa Department of Education is requiring changes in the Teacher Education programs. Keep informed of these changes at UNI’s Teacher Ed. website www.uni.edu/teached
    • A minimum 2.5 GPA is required for acceptance into the Teacher Education Program.  Be aware that this may be raised to 2.7 or 3.0 GPA in the future.
    • Foreign language requirement of two years of high school or two semesters of college level.
