Located on the North end of campus, student housing facilities are surrounded by beautiful lakes complete with a shelter house and a recreational trail into town. The grounds also include basketball, sand volleyball, tennis courts and a student union.
Just a short walk from classes, student housing at North Iowa Area Community College includes residence halls and apartments, which accommodate over 400 students. We invite you to live at NIACC and join our vibrant campus community. There’s no better way to become connected to the college, the campus, and the student body. Housing Application
Increase your grade point average!
Research has shown that students who live on campus frequently have a higher grade point average. You’ll find several quiet nooks where you can study in the residence halls. If you need to use a computer, don’t walk to campus; take advantage of the residence hall computer lab, which is networked to campus and available around the clock.

Each resident has access to a variety of amenities within or adjacent to the housing complex:
