  • Create your personal portfolio at www.iowajobs.org and receive e-mail or mail notification of leads.
• Finding leads but not getting interviews?
  • Visit with a personal Career Coach who can help you review how well your application, cover letter, and resume sells the unique skills you have to offer.
• Getting interviews but not getting offers?
  • Schedule a mock interview with a personal Career Coach. How well do you verbally communicate your skills and strengths? Are you raising red flags?
  • Do you follow-up with a thank you letter? Should I call or shouldn't I? Your personal Career Coach can help answer these questions too.
