John has been delighting all audiences from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners for the past 15 years with his practical and down-to-earth approach to leadership and supervision. John has the unique ability to engage audiences with tactics they can apply at work or home that do not cost any money and fall under their control as a leader. Attendees come away from the presentation knowing they have the power to make their employees feel really good when they comes to work, but they also have that same power to make their employees feel absolutely miserable. He’s performed at locations from the Mirage in Las Vegas to overnight company retreats located in International Falls, MN!
Graci received his Bachelor’s degree in speech communication from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He currently resides in Cottage Grove, MN.
Brenda is a fun, dynamic speaker and work place trainer who provides fresh perspective in leadership, communication skills, customer service, creating a positive work environment, and offering one’s best self to life relationships, and career. A skilled and respected educator, Brenda’s career experiences include coordinating professional development for 1200 teachers, serving on the Iowa Department of Education’s Professional Development stakeholders group, and managing multiple projects as professional development consultant for an Iowa Education Agency. Brenda holds a Master’s Degree in English Education, has supervised student teachers for two Iowa Colleges , and has taught numerous graduate-level courses for teachers.
Don McKee is a Training Consultant with his own company of DMC Consulting. Prior to forming his own business he was a Training Consultant for Iowa Central Community College where he conducted training programs on supervisory skills and leadership enhancement in over twenty-five companies. Don has ten years of experience in education, training, and employee development with five of these years as Training Director for a company of eight hundred employees. He is a licensed Zenger Miller facilitator and LIFO, Life Orientations trainer. Don has his degree from Iowa State University in Agricultural Education.
Since starting Peopleworks, Kathy has had the opportunity to work with thousands of amazing people throughout the United States. She enjoys getting to know her clients (she is fortunate to count many of them as friends) and each of their unique needs and challenges. Kathy ensures that each and every speaking engagement and training session is full of cutting-edge, proven, actionable strategies to help her clients. Her clients see results-reporting an increase in employee performance, service, retention, and customer satisfaction. Her training programs and keynotes are not only full of great information, but always presented in a fun, interactive, and engaging way.
Kathy is involved in several professional organizations, including the National Speakers Association and the American Society for Training and Development. She is an avid Iowa State Cyclone fan, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies there (Go Cyclones!) and holds a Master’s degree in Adult Learning, Performance, and Development from Drake University. In 2001, Kathy earned her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR).
