Required for students 16-18 years of age to obtain a Class M license. Motorcycle Rider Safety skills are taught to help the student develop the knowledge and skill necessary for safe riding. Classroom & range experience. Student must have valid driver permit or driver license. Friday meets from 6-10pm. Saturday and Sunday meet from 8am-5pm. Tuition and fees are $140. Classes are held at the High School in Garner with Aires as the instructor.

Moped Safety

Awareness, common sense, sharp eyes and a helmet are keys to safety. This course is required for anyone under 16 wanting a moped license; also good for preparation for obtaining a driver's license. You must be 14 or within six months of your 14th birthday to enroll. Tuition and fees are $30. Classes are held at NIACC in McAllister Hall Room 107 from 8:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
