The NIACC Foundation awards a variety of scholarships each year to new, current and graduating NIACC students. These scholarships, which range from $100 to full tuition, are made available through the generosity of NIACC employees, board members, alumni, businesses, organizations and other friends of the College. Scholarships are votes of confidence in higher education and NIACC is grateful to those who make these yearly awards possible.
The scholarships are listed alphabetically in this guide with a categorical index listed in the back. The criteria for scholarship eligibility (often stipulated by donors) varies widely. Qualifications may be very specific or quite general.

How to Apply
The majority of scholarships listed in this publication require the completion of the NIACC Foundation Scholarship Application, available from the Financial Aid Office or online at www.niacc.edu. You only need to submit one application to compete for these scholarships. A number of other scholarships have a separate application process. These scholarships are identified with an asterisk (*) in this book. You should contact the person or office listed for further details, including deadline information.For information about other forms of financial assistance, including grants and loans, see the NIACC Financial Aid Guide available from the Financial Aid Office and on the NIACC website.
