Message size limits
  10MB send/receive

Mailbox size limits
  300MB User receives warning
  450MB User prohibited from sending
  500MB User prohibited from sending/receiving

Time limits
  Deleted items kept for 7 days
  Deleted mailboxes kept for 30 days
