PREPARATION

 

Prerequisites

Basic measuring skills and ability to follow directions

Personal protective equipment, power hand tool procedures

Objectives

Perform standard stud layout. Layout story pole. Plumb, brace, and straighten walls. Identify and describe the function of each wall component. Layout a rake wall.
