Walk-in Reference
Visit the Library during open hours to get one-on-one hands-on assistance with a
librarian for your research. The Library is on the first floor of Beem Center on
the NIACC campus.

Library offers e-mail and Instant Messaging reference to students, faculty, and
staff. This service will provide assistance with questions about library
materials, basic reference facts, of information about search strategies for
online resources.

answered Monday 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. when classes are in session. Please allow 24 hours for a reply (with
