North Iowa Area Community College Student Senate is coordinating a blood drive on the NIACC campus Wednesday November 9 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The public is invited.
LifeServe Blood Center would like to encourage people who have never donated blood to give it a try. Eligible blood donors must be at least 16 years old, should weigh at least 120 pounds and should be in general good health. Blood donors are encouraged to eat a good meal and drink plenty of water prior to making a blood donation. A pre-printed form of identification, such as a driver’s license, is required to register to donate blood. More volunteer blood donors are needed to fill in for regular donors who may not always be able to give blood
Please plan to donate blood at the North Iowa Area Community College Blood Drive on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 from 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM. The drive will be held in the Activity Center-2nd Floor at North Iowa Area Community College at 500 College Drive and is sponsored by Student Senate.
