From North Iowa Area Community College, www.niacc.edu NIACC Athletics News Ref. 3023 NIACC Will Host Youth Basketball Camp The NIACC Men’s basketball team will hold a Youth Basketball Camp July 12 to July 15, from 9 a.m. to noon, for basketball players who will be entering grades 3 through 8 this fall. Campers will work on individual fundamentals and team skills during daily league games. Registration for the NIACC Men’s 2010 Basketball camp costs $70. The goal of this camp is to provide each camper with a positive, fun-filled learning experience. The camp is designed to provide personal attention to each camper for improvement of basketball fundamentals. Individualized coaching, team games and drills for skill development are all geared for the camper to have a fun experience and improve their basketball skills. The camp will be located in the NIACC Gym and Recreation Center. NIACC basketball athletes will be at the camp to demonstrate their skills and help with drills. The athletic training room will be available for use and there will be a certified athletic trainer on campus at all times.
