NIACC Entrepreneurs’ Exchange will present Thriving in Permanent Whitewater on Tuesday, January 12. National author and speaker, Ted Garnett, managing partner of Performance Resources Consulting LLC will present the top 10 tips for thriving in the midst of turbulent times. The NIACC Entrepreneurs’ Exchange will be on January 12, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in McAllister Hall, Room 104G, on the NIACC campus.
Performance Resources Consulting, based right here in Iowa, is a firm Garnet founded after a successful career as manager with a McGladrey & Pullen consulting practice. He is familiar with our region and the challenges that small business owners face. In addition to his real world experience, Garnet holds a BA degree in Business Administration: Human Resources and Business Communications from the University of Northern Iowa as well as certifications in Employment Law, ERISA Benefits/COBRA Administration and the Six Sigma Blackbelt.
This presentation will be fast paced, energetic, motivational and provide you with a list of practical tips to set your business up for success in the midst of permanent whitewater. Tips will help bring action to your strategic plan, make your team the A-Team and create outcomes that are accountable.
