This isn’t your typical college visit! It’s way more informative and fun! High school seniors and their parents are invited to join the faculty and staff of North Iowa Area Community College to explore students’ options for the fall of 2009.
NIACC will host Explore 2009 in the Muse-Norris Conference Center on Wednesday, November 12, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Students and parents can attend sessions either together or separately on areas such as choosing a major, financial aid and specific program areas of study like teaching, engineering, welding, computers and business. Plus, everyone attending Explore NIACC 2009 receives free dinner.
Session information will include the areas of Agriculture, Business, Choosing NIACC First, College Success, Communications & Journalism, Computer Technology, Criminal Justice, Engineering, Education, Health Care, Industrial Technology, Mathematics, Performing & Visual Arts, Science and Social Sciences.
