From North Iowa Area Community College, www.niacc.edu NIACC General News Ref. 3149 North Iowa Area Community College invites the public to attend its Agricultural and Industrial Open House on Monday, March 22, in the Buettner Careers Building and Murphy Manufacturing Technology Center on the NIACC campus from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. “This is a great opportunity to visit the college, talk with instructors and find out about all we have to offer in an informal setting,” Josh Byrnes, NIACC chair of the Industrial Services and Technology division, said. Come tour the state-of-the-art welding facility, as well as the Automotive, Ag, Building Trades, Climate Control, Industrial Technology and Tool & Die departments. Throughout the night numerous door prizes will be given away. The event provides a great opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing training or a career in the agriculture or industrial fields to explore all the opportunities available through NIACC. Dinner will be provided. Anyone interested in agricultural and/or industrial technology areas is welcome to attend the event.
