 NIACC Offers Two Kid’s Computer Camp

            North Iowa Area Community College will offer two Kid’s Computer Camps this summer.  The first, “Get Digital!”, will run on Monday-Thursday, June 9-12, from 9 a.m. to noon at the NIACC Pappajohn Center, Room 228. The second, “Web Design,” will run on Monday-Thursday, June 9-12, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  These camps are for children entering fourth, fifth or sixth grade.

            The “Get Digital!” camp will help participants use digital cameras, edit pictures with Photoshop, create animation and make their own animated story.

            The “Web Design” camp will help children create their own website with colors, text, computer graphics, photographs, animation and sound.

            Children must register by June 4. Each camp costs $79.00, or combine the camps for only $130.00. Please have the child’s social security number of the student when calling to register.
