FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Ref. 2392 February 17, 2005 NIACC Performing Arts Series Presents The Spencers: Theatre of Illusion North Iowa Area Community College is honored to present The Spencers: Theatre of Illusion. Much more than a magic show, The Spencers: Theatre of Illusion will grace the North Iowa Community Auditorium stage on Friday, March 11, at 7:30 p.m. as part of the 2004-2005 North Iowa Area Community College Performing Arts Series. Tickets are on sale now and cost $18 and $25 at the door. The Spencers’ production takes their audience on a roller coaster ride of emotions – from "side splitting" comedy to "on the edge of your seat" high drama. What they create is "theatre" in the truest sense of the word. With performances throughout the United States, Mexico, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia they have thrilled audiences around the world. The Spencers were recently named Performing Arts Entertainers of the Year by over 3,800 arts presenters and entertainment professionals nationwide, an honor they share with only one other magician – David Copperfield.
