Course Description:  

A continuation of BUS-185. Agency, corporations, partnerships, bailments, real property, wills, trusts, insurance, bankruptcy, and government regulation of business. Some information on international law and liability of accountants and other professionals. (45-0)
Equivalent to 15-121, BUSN-121.
