Course Description: This course covers Safety and Health Standards for the Construction
Industry (29 CFR Part 1926). Safety in the construction industry is
as essential to securing the well being of the company as it is to
protecting the welfare of the worker. Changes in the labor market,
insurance costs, and OSHA compliance requirements make it
imperative that supervisors and workers receive adequate safety
training to develop, practice, and maintain safe working conditions at
construction work sites. (30-0)
