Course Description:
The study of how people satisfy both personal
growth needs and organizational goals. Human Relations looks at what
can be done to anticipate problems, resolve them, or prevent them from
happening. Emphasis is on practical knowledge which can be applied at
work or at home. Significant developments in recent years have
increased the importance of interpersonal skills in almost every type of
setting; these trends provide support for the necessity of acquiring
competence in human relations. (45-0)
