Course Description: MGT-130 Principles of Supervision (3 s.h.) This course is designed for individuals who hold, or who will hold, supervisory positions. The course involves the study of the major managerial functions (planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling) and is augmented by other pervasive areas of supervision such as communication, motivation, decision making, and human relations.
