Automatically Attach Your Signature in Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook 2000, XP, and 2003 clients

Users have the ability to change their Windows Domain password by following the instructions below. This page is for Windows NT/2000/XP users. For information on the rules for password security, click here.

  1. Create you signature. (The process below is assuming you have already create the signatures.)

  2. From Outlook's menu bar, choose Tools and Options from the drop-down menu.

 
  1. In the options box, choose the 'Mail Format' tab, select the signatures you want to use for the different messages (original and reply), and click OK. 

 

 
 
  1. Congratulations!

    You have added your signatures to all of your email messages.
