Mike McCoy, CPA PFS, MBT is employed by Hogan Hansen as a Tax Manager. He practices in business, income tax planning, consulting, and tax compliance. Prior to joining Hogan Hansen in 2010 Mike was the managing partner of McCoy & Company PC, Mason City for 30 years.
This seminar will be a general review of the income tax considerations for business entities: Corporation, S Corporation, Partnership, Limited Liability Company, and Sole Proprietorship. Topics will also include self-employment tax, accounting methods and year-end income tax planning.
Attendees of this presentation will learn about general income tax planning strategies to implement before year-end for individual and business entities. There will also be an opportunity to participate in a questions and answer discussion.
