Job Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, telephone) in all facilities.
Operate and maintain plant equipment.
Maintain accurate records of repair and preventative maintenance.
Assists with floor maintenance as needed.
Assist in maintaining all grounds, can include mowing, trimming, raking, sweeping, and snow removal on the established schedules.
Assist with various types of project work including building, painting, moving, cleaning.
Assist with various hospital related events as required.
Complete work requests posted on the WorxHub work request system.
Respond to all alarms and codes
Pay Range: 15.25. additional determined by applicable experience.
