Job Responsibilities:

Martin Marietta is currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Finance team as a Sales Auditor for our Des Moines District location. This position would be primarily responsible for processing aggregate sales tickets for our locations in the Des Moines and surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tickets for billing and release tickets
• Provide related invoicing assistance, process credit and corrections on APEX
• Support Sales Coordinator with determining taxability of orders
• Support Scale Clerks at points-of-service with all areas of applications
• Maintain in-house log of sales tax exemption forms, cash sales reconciliation and SOX compliance reconciliation reporting
• Additional duties as required

Requirements:

• 0-2 Years Related Experience
• Experience with JDE, MS Office (Excel/Word)
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Customer Service Focus
• Associates Degree Strongly Preferred

Pay Range: $45,000-50,000
