The CWES Sr. Caseworker/Education Specialist is responsible for all aspects of casework and coordination of education for assigned clients. Sr. Caseworkers will maintain a caseload of no more than 15 active CWES clients (including diversion and placement services). Sr. Caseworkers are responsible for the case file management of all assigned clients in accordance with YSS policies/procedures, contract and licensure standards. This position assists with training staff on client file structure, the EMR file management system, and all forms/paperwork related to client files.
What you will need;
BSW, BS, or BA degree in human services or a related field from an accredited four-year college recognized by CHEA.
Three years of experience in the management and supervision of adolescents in a residential setting is required.
Experience in the supervision and management of adolescents in a residential setting.
Knowledge of behavior management.
