Job Responsibilities: Diesel Service Technician at Sanco Equipment -Bobcat of Mason City. $3000 sign on bonus, $4000 in incentive pay. First Year Compensation potential up to $73,500. 40-hour work week with weekends and holidays off. Work for a family-owned business consisting of four Bobcat dealerships across southern Minnesota and North Iowa. Diagnose, repair, and service, industry leading Bobcat Equipment. You will sharpen your skills with on-site company provided training as well as on-line factory training and attend training at the factory Bobcat Training Facility. 1. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair compact and agricultural equipment
2. Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components
3. Interface positively with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, vendors, and customers
4. Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion
5. Meet certification requirements
6. Meet and maintain efficiency labor goals
