Job Responsibilities: The LPN position is responsible for providing basic medical attention to clients and assessing their well-being. Their duties include; checking vital signs, recording a client’s medical history, administering proper medication, and assisting clients with their hygiene. This position is responsible for the coordination of medical treatment for individuals with serious mental illness who are receiving services in our Residential Care Facility/PMI as well as our Hab Homes.

Pay Range: $22.00 – $23.00
