Job Responsibilities: KIMT-TV (CBS) is seeking a Weekend Meteorologist/MMJ to become the next member of StormTeam 3. Our meteorologists are armed with the very latest WSI technology, including all WSI Weather Max upgrades (Max Storm, Reality, Traffic Engage and MaxConnect) and provide our viewers with the most up-to-date coverage for North Iowa and southern Minnesota.

Candidates must be able to accurately forecast weather conditions relating to all four Midwestern seasons, while producing and presenting accurate weather reports. Three days a week, this meteorologist will tell the story from out in the field where the weather is happening.

The perfect candidate is someone who can:

• Analyze weather data and prepare an accurate forecast
• Use WSI graphic systems to create content supporting the forecast
• Cover severe and breaking weather situations across all platforms

A Bachelor of Science in Meteorology or similar field is required. Camera experience and non-linear editing experience are preferred.
