Duties and Responsibilities:
Process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, safe deposit boxes, cashier’s checks, and loan payments.
Ensure that customers receive excellent customer service by providing accurate information and processing all transactions as efficiently as possible.
Build rapport with customers and promote bank products and services as appropriate.
Work with other employees to promote teamwork and good communication.
Promote a positive bank image in the community.
Skills & Abilities:
Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic math skills: add, subtract, and divide.
Communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Bank Hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Saturday Rotation 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Pay Range: $14.00-16.00
