Job Responsibilities: Shift: Days: Monday-Friday; typical work day 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications: Graduate of a university approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and hold at minimum a Masters in Physical Therapy. Must possess/ maintain licensure in the state of Iowa or be eligible for licensure. Prefer at least 2 years of physical therapy practice experience. Must have basic computer skills. Acute care and outpatient experience preferred. New graduates welcome.

JOB SUMMARY
Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with physician approved treatment plans. Assures quality physical therapy care and regulatory guideline compliance leading to positive patient outcomes.
