Job Responsibilities: As an IT Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will be part of the team’s central nervous system- monitoring the entire Hosting infrastructure stack and responding swiftly to problems. You will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems.
