Job Responsibilities: Families First is looking for an individual to join our team as a Family Support Specialist (FSS)! As an FSS, you will have the opportunity to engage families and children in the community to ensure positive outcomes.

This position offers flexible hours with variable scheduling which may include evening and weekend availability as required to meet the needs of families as well as contractual requirements.

This position will serve the city of Mason City in Wright & Hancock Counties and surrounding areas in Iowa; travel is expected.
