NIACC to Celebrate Alumni at Pathways to Success Event

North Iowa Area Community College will host its annual Pathways to Success event on Wednesday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the North Iowa Community Auditorium. The community is invited to attend.

Each year, the NIACC Alumni Association puts on this event to recognize alumni who have gone on to do great things, along with current students who stand out for their leadership, character, and academic success.

This year’s keynote speaker is Gilman “Gil” Anderson, a Mason City native and member of NIACC’s Class of 1978. Anderson will also receive the Outstanding Alumnus award. Anderson is semi-retired and currently residing in New York City. He is a former Senior Executive specializing in computer technologies, manufacturing systems, business process improvement, regulatory compliance, and organization turnarounds. He has more than 40 years of cross-industry experience and a track record of building high-performance teams that have consistently driven increased stakeholder value through the coalition of business strategy with technology.
