Women’s Lifting and Fitness Club
This club will give women an opportunity to be a part of a fitness group. We will teach form and how to do basic compound lifts, then advance to more complex lifts. As a Certified Personal Trainer, workout plans will be created for the women to complete each session. This club will allow women to feel more comfortable working out within the company of other supportive women.
