NIACC to Host Adult Education & Literacy Open House Events Across North Iowa
North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) will host Adult Education & Literacy (AEL) Open House events across North Iowa, providing adults with an opportunity to explore free education and training options. These events are designed to help adults explore education and training opportunities that support personal, academic, and career goals.
During each open house, attendees can learn about NIACC’s Adult Education & Literacy services offered at no cost, including English language learning, high school equivalency preparation, digital skills training, and college-readiness support. Participants will have the opportunity to meet instructors, explore class options, and learn how these programs can help them take the next step toward their future.
The events will also highlight NIACC Workforce Academy programs, which feature short-term job training designed to build in-demand skills and connect learners with local employment opportunities.
All open house events will be held from 2–5:30 p.m. at the following locations and dates:
