North Iowans Join NIACC Foundation Board of Directors
The North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) Foundation is proud to announce the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors: David Moore and Bradley Miller.
David Moore Born and raised in Mason City, Dave is a graduate of Mason City High School, NIACC, and the University of Minnesota. He holds funeral director licenses in both Iowa and Minnesota. He is a Certified Funeral Service Practitioner (CFSP), and a Certified Crematory Operator (COO). Dave began his career with Hogan-Bremer in 1983. He and his wife, Jamey have two children, Grace and Will, and a grandson, Gus. Dave currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees-North Iowa Area Community College, NIACC Foundation Board of Directors, Board member of Selected Independent Funeral Homes, Educational Trust Board-Selected Independent Funeral Homes, Iowa Board of Mortuary Science, NSB Bank Board of Directors, Cerro Gordo County Public Health Board, and the Newman Foundation Board. Previously he has served on the boards of Mason City Public Library, Hospice of North Iowa, Francis Lauer Youth Services, Newman Catholic School Board, Cerro Gordo Community Foundation, and North Iowa Regional Health Board.

Bradley Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas with majors in business administration and accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Washburn University. For more than three decades he has worked in the banking industry. He has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. Brad is the President and CEO of First Security Bank and Trust, headquartered in Charles City, Iowa. The bank serves many communities in North Central Iowa and has a tradition of service going back over 123 years. When not at work Brad enjoys working with his family on their acreage in rural Iowa. He is also a member of the Charles City Lions club, and he has a passion for serving the hungry and homeless.

Officers for 2026 were elected at the Foundation Board meeting held in December 2025. Mary Amsbaugh will serve as President with David Moore serving as Vice President. Mindy Eastman will serve as Secretary/Treasurer.
