Fall Semester 2025

Fall Semester begins:  8/25/25

Credits locked in for Financial Aid:  8/29/25

Business Office Tentative Check Schedule:

  • 9/8/25
  • 9/22/25
  • 10/6/25
  • 10/20/25
  • 11/3/25
  • 11/17/25
  • 12/1/25
  • 12/11/25

First-time borrower disbursement:  10/6/25

Mid-Term:  10/16/25

Second Half of Fall Only Loans:  11/3/25

End of Semester:  12/11/25

Students can see when aid is applied to their account by watching their TrojanHome Portal. Aid is not applied at the same time for all students.

If a student has financial aid that exceeds their charges, students will be notified on their TrojanHome Portal if a refund check is available at the NIACC Business Office. Students must have a photo I.D. to pick up the refund check.
