In accordance with Iowa Code Section § 708.10 (Hazing Law) and Section 485(f) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1092(f)), NIACC provides this report detailing hazing incidents involving student organizations. The report includes:

• The name of the student organization;
• A general description of the violation resulting in a finding of responsibility; and
• Relevant dates, including the date of the alleged incident, the date the investigation was initiated, the date the investigation concluded with a finding, and the date the institution notified the organization of the finding.

Beginning January 1, 2025, NIACC began collecting hazing statistics for inclusion in the Annual Security Report. Only substantiated reports are included. This report is updated at least twice annually and will cover a span of ten academic years. It is prepared in accordance with federal and state hazing transparency requirements.
