Volunteer Service Graduation Cord

Students who demonstrate a commitment to service while attending NIACC may be eligible to receive a Volunteer Service Cord to wear at graduation. To receive this recognition, please complete the Volunteer Service Cord Application Form.

To qualify for a Volunteer Service Cord, students must:

• Complete at least 30 volunteer service hours.
• Log all volunteer hours through the NIACC Volunteer Center.
• Complete volunteer service while enrolled at NIACC. Any volunteer service completed during your time as a NIACC student is eligible.
• Submit the Volunteer Service Cord Application by April 16, 2027.
