Job Responsibilities: Currently hiring an Assistant Teacher for an immediate start through the end of May 2026, with the possibility of a nine-month contract for the 2026–2027 school year beginning in August 2026.

St. John Christian Preschool is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support our preschool classrooms. The Assistant Teacher works collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment aligned with Iowa State licensing standards and our Christian mission.

Summers off (9 month contract available 2026-2027 school year)
4 paid personal days and 5 holidays
$1,000 Retention Bonus from ARPA every 6 months
