Job Responsibilities: North Iowa Community Action Organization is dedicated to empowering children and families by providing high-quality early childhood education and comprehensive family support services. Family Advocate serve as a vital link between families and our program. This role includes advocating for families’ needs, connecting them to community resources, and fostering their active participation in their child’s education and development. This position has summers off.

Qualifications:
Associates degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, Early Childhood, or a related field preferred. This can be an individual that is currently on track to getting an Associates in one of these fields.

Pay Range: $17.40 – $19.34
