Follows work order instructions regarding paint specifications
Performs daily equipment checks
Excellent communication skills to develop effective working relationships with Wold team members
Willingness to work flexible hours
High attention to detail
Participates in required safety training with a willingness to learn
Maintain compliance by completing daily/monthly/quarterly maintenance checks on machinery
Follows visual dispatch report to ensure completion of daily tasks.
Ability to optimize use of various equipment in production process
