Job Responsibilities: Provides orientation, in-service, and ongoing education for nurses and patient care technicians to support safe, patient-centered care. Assesses learning needs, develops and delivers unit-based education, coordinates competency validation, supports preceptor development, and promotes evidence-based practice and regulatory readiness. Partners with leaders and staff to enhance clinical practice, critical thinking, and professional growth.

Qualifications: Iowa-licensed RN, BSN (required within 6 months), BLS, 1+ year clinical experience; specialty certification required within 24 months.
