What You Will Do
You will be trained to install, configure, and support rural technology systems including:
– Internet connectivity hardware and network systems
– Indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi and network coverage solutions
– Security camera and surveillance systems for farms, acreages, and businesses
– Communications Equipment connectivity for shops, outbuildings, and rural operations
– Network troubleshooting and service support
You will also learn the business side, including:
– Customer service and communication
– Job quoting and project planning
– Identifying service opportunities
– Operations and business development
