Job Responsibilities: Full-Time Legal Assistant Position:
Candidate must possess very strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be highly detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment with great phone etiquette, work well on a team, manage workload with a great attitude with minimal supervision.

Job duties include: management of calendar for all attorneys, answering and directing phone calls, greeting clients, letter and legal document drafting, transcribing, scanning, emailing, copying, and organizing of documents, errand running, and other office administration tasks.

Experience working in a law firm is preferred. We are open to applicants with a great personality, an eye for detail and a desire to learn. Being Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time. Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
