Job Responsibilities: DSP positions are available in several North Iowa locations with flexible shift options. Work just three 12-hour days to be full time, earning $714 per week! No experience needed. Training provided.

You’ll play a hands-on role in helping individuals with disabilities live more independently. Your days will include:
• Assisting with daily living tasks like cooking, hygiene, laundry, and medications
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth
• Supporting recreational activities and community involvement
• Driving individuals to outings, appointments, and events
• Keeping accurate documentation through electronic systems
• Helping manage personal finances and grocery shopping
