Programmatic Accreditation
The North Iowa Area Community College Associate Degree Nursing Program (ADN) received initial accreditation from the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, Inc. (NLNAC) in 1988 and has maintained reaccreditation with no required reports or interim visits. The most recent reaccreditation was in 2012 for the maximum period of eight years. In 2013 the organization was renamed the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). [more about the ADN program]

Upon the recommendation of the National Automotive Technician Education Foundation (NATEF), the Automotive Service Technology Program at North Iowa Area Community College has been awarded Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Certification.
