a – Appropriate math level needed before enrolling in any math class.  The University of Iowa requires one of the following math levels: MAT-121 (College Algebra) and  MAT-134 (Trigonometry & Analytic Geometry) or MAT-128 (Pre-calculus) or MAT-140 (Finite Math).
b – If transferring to ISU, consider courses from U.S. Diversity/International Perspectives.
c – If transferring to the University of Iowa, consider courses from the General Education lists of International & Global Issues; Literary, Visual, and Performing Arts; and Values, Society, and Diversity.
d – If transferring to UNI, consider HIS-254, American Indian History  or HIS-260, Latin American history and Culture (Non-Western Culture requirement).
